The user's guide

You write down your life as it happens, and LifeOps shows it back to you: what you did, what's next, what's on today. This guide covers signing in and writing your first entry, then the app one screen at a time.

Your first ten minutesSign in, write one entry, and see it on Day

Open the address you were given and sign in. Getting in covers the address, the password, and getting back in when a session ends. On the Journal tab, type what's happening into the bar at the bottom and send it. Then open Day, and that entry is already on the timeline at the minute you wrote it. The rest of the guide is reference, one page per screen.

Chat answers questions from your own data, and Settings is who you're signed in as and everything you can change about the app. The menu holds the places you work all day, so those two stay off it. They are icons in the top corner, next to the magnifier that opens search. Those three are the whole corner, on every screen and at every width. This guide is a row in Settings.

The installed phone app has those same six on its bottom bar, in the same order, and the same three icons in its top corner, on all six screens. A browser narrowed to phone width does the same thing. A row on any of those lists opens, and a goal, a task and an event each open a page of their own.

As more of your LifeOps is set up, entries you didn't write appear too. Ones marked Agent were written by your Claude, the agent that works alongside whoever runs your LifeOps. Rows filed under Signal or System come from the app itself, a device reporting something or the app writing a note of its own. Those are kept off the Journal on purpose. You read them in the System column on Day. The column beside it, Changes, holds the record of what moved during the day.
